One of the services I absolutely love the most is helping small businesses get off the ground and stay running.  I offer over-the-shoulder advice on a business plan you are developing, help with individual sections (i.e., the Financial Plan), or I can research and write the entire plan for you.  I highly recommend a business plan for start-ups, but I also believe that a strategic plan will help every single business out there...  on an ongoing basis.
